General Instructions
Select the link of your choice; this will take you to a specific section
of the User Guide.
Printing the User Guide
Should you wish to print, please highlight your chosen section and choose
'Print Selection' in the Print dialogue box, in the file menu. Please
be aware that the User Guide is on one html page (with the annexes on
separate pages), so pressing 'print' will activate the printing of at
least 60 pages.
Should you wish to print the whole document, we recommend you print from the pdf file available.
